  1. Search for your business name and address on our website by going to the search tab
  2. If you are able to find your business then go to its business detail page
  3. Case 1: If there is no option to claim the page then following can be the reasons:
    • That business page has already been claimed by someone
    • That business page maybe recently submitted or pending listing verification
    • If you are not able to claim your business page on Bol De then contact our team at contactus@bolde.in / admin@bolde.in
  4. Case 2: At the top of the business page click on “Claim” button. The system will throw a pop-up asking for your contact details.

  5. Our representative will get in touch with you to verify that the business belongs to you. They will physically visit your business address and verify through documentation that you are the business owner of an authorized representative of the business or permitted to manage it on behalf of the promoter.
  1. Business owner can contact Bol De regarding any update or edit on their business page.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email when the required changes or edits of your business have been undertaken.

Whether you received a positive or a poor review- It helps to manage the reputation of your business online.

  1. If your business receives a good rating -Then the business owner should appreciate it.
  2. If your business received a poor rating-Then the business owner should try to understand the reason behind his customer’s poor rating. Undertake corrective action to address customer’s grievances. If the business or their staffs is indeed at fault then a corrective action will ensure the business retains its customer and good word of mouth is spread to attract even more customers. 

Statistics are based around results. Business owners can track their results through the following information at any time on Bol De;

  1. Listing Views-Number of people that have seen your profile and reviews.
  2. Special Offers-Number of member enquires regarding your special offers.
  3. Cross advertisements Shown-We promote your business on the pages of other similar businesses. You can check the number of views your advertisements have received and how many users of our website actually clicked on it to see more details of your business.
  4. Phone Calls-We track each time someone clicks to get your phone number. It simply translates the number of phone calls your business would receive from Bol De within the last 30 days.
  5. Email Request-The number of times people have accessed your business email address within the last 30 days.
  6. Website Click-The number of times people have clicked through to your website within the last 30 days.

Owners Information- is shared with only paid members of our website. This ensures that only seriously customers who have a genuine query or grievance with your staff, products or services get in touch with you

Business ratings and reviews are totally based on customer feedback and cannot be changed.

If business owners feel/believe that a review is false or inaccurate, they can flag it as “Inappropriate” or write to us and the Bol De team will investigate. Businesses can minimise negative review by ensuring that customers have a great experience.

ONLY PAID BUSINESS OWNERS can respond to a review

  1. Bol De believe that the business owners have the right of reply to a review given by users on their businesses.
  2. HOW TO RESPOND-BE CONSIDERATE, COODIAL, PROFESSIONAL
    • Ways to respond to a positive/good review-
      • Thank the customer for the positive/good review and be specific.
      • Use the business name and keywords in your review.
      • Note:- Using business name and keywords will help the positive review appear in search results.
      • You may add little marketing in your review. (Like-special offers)
      • Ask the customer to return to use another service or spread the word
  3. HOW it will impact other users to see your effort in resolving poor/unpleasant ratings.

            Unfortunately, you can’t just ignore a bad review. In fact, ignoring an unpleasant review can make things worse! Remember that:

  • You’re not replying to just one reviewer in fact you’re speaking to everyone who reads this review including potential future customers.
  • Replying is your opportunity to make things right.
  • Replying shows other readers that you are not neglectful to feedback.
  • Ways to respond to a poor/unpleasant review-
    • Acknowledge the customer’s concerns.
    • Try to take the conversation offline or in person.

However, as a business owner you can add information about your business and you can also comment on reviews to clarify something a customer has said. To garner more reviews, a business owner can go to his dashboard and use our “Request a Review” feature to remind its customers to rate their experience with this business.

No. Reviews are sorted by ‘Most Recent’ first. This enables new and prospective customers visiting your business page on our website to look at the most recent experience of other customers first.

Depending on the type of search customers are doing, on Bol De businesses are sorted by following:

  • Best Match (By Default)
  • Most Recommended
  • Most Reviewed
  • Recently Established
  • Nearest First

Customers can sort businesses according to their preferences. However to help them identify a business of their choice, our website sorts search results by ‘Best Match’ first.
